Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Day dreamers by Eugen von Blaas was auctioned at Christies in London in December 2021. The price achieved of GBP 43,750.00 (€ 52,184.57) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Eugen von Blaas achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A Maiden With A Basket Of Roses in February 2019 with an auction result of USD 615,000.00 (€ 540,469.29).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 43.750,00 (€ 52.184,57) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 30.000,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Eugen von Blaas erzielen.
