Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In January last year Sothebys in New York held the auction The European Art Sale Part II, which included the work Venetian Lady by Eugen von Blaas. Here, the upper estimate of USD 20,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 20,160.00 (€ 17,980.73). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Eugen von Blaas achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A Maiden With A Basket Of Roses in February 2019 with an auction result of USD 615,000.00 (€ 540,469.29).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Januar letzten Jahres führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion The European Art Sale Part II durch, in der auch die Arbeit Venetian Lady von Eugen von Blaas zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 20.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 20.160,00 (€ 17.980,73) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Eugen von Blaas erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit A Maiden With A Basket Of Roses im Februar 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 615.000,00 (€ 540.469,29).
