Auction result well in line with expectations

It changed hands for a price of USD 32,500.00 (€ 27,015.79) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 25,000.00 – 35,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Eugen von Blaas achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A Maiden With A Basket Of Roses in February 2019 with an auction result of USD 615,000.00 (€ 540,469.29).

Die Arbeit A Neapolitan Girl von Eugen von Blaas kam im April 2021 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 32.500,00 (€ 27.015,79) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 25.000,00 – 35.000,00.
