In November 2021 Sothebys in Milan held the auction Contemporary Art | Milan, which included the work Rosa, oro by Ettore Spalletti. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 88,200.00 26% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Ettore Spalletti - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Azzurro, which sold at auction in June last year for EUR 201,600.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 26 % übertroffen
Im November 2021 führte Sothebys in Mailand die Auktion Contemporary Art | Milan durch, in der auch die Arbeit Rosa, oro von Ettore Spalletti zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 88.200,00 und damit 26% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Ettore Spalletti mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Azzurro beobachtet, die im Juni letzten Jahres für EUR 201.600,00 versteigert wurde.
