In the The Landscape of a Mind: A Private Collector's Surreal Vision auction, the work John Lennon Listening to White Album, London, 1968 sold for GBP 5,625.00 (€ 6,323.33) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 3,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Ethan Russell; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot John Lennon Listening to the Playback of "The White Album" sold at auction in December 2019 with the realized price of USD 10,075.00 (€ 8,973.90).
