A top price for Ernst Haas - as previously expected
The work Route 66, Albuquerque, New Mexico by Ernst Haas was sold in the Photographs auction at Phillips in New York in October last year. The price achieved of USD 21,420.00 (€ 21,562.31) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 15,000.00 – 25,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Route 66, Albuquerque, New Mexico is the most expensive artwork by Ernst Haas that we have observed at auctions so far.
