Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
This work without title by Ernest Tino Trova was sold in the Christie's Interiors auction at Christies in New York in July 2011. The »bidding war« ended at USD 1,750.00 (€ 1,220.53), 17% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ernest Tino Trova achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Study/Falling Man (Wheelman) in May 2019 with an auction result of USD 75,000.00 (€ 67,270.61).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Ernest Tino Trova wurde im Juli 2011 in der Auktion Christie's Interiors bei Christies in New York versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 1.750,00 (€ 1.220,53) und damit 17% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ernest Tino Trova erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Study/Falling Man (Wheelman) im Mai 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 75.000,00 (€ 67.270,61).
