Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In January 2008 Christies in New York held the auction Christie's Interiors, which included the work Untitled (Falling Man Series) by Ernest Tino Trova. Here, the upper estimate of USD 7,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 7,500.00 (€ 5,053.57). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ernest Tino Trova achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Study/Falling Man (Wheelman) in May 2019 with an auction result of USD 75,000.00 (€ 67,270.61).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Januar 2008 führte Christies in New York die Auktion Christie's Interiors durch, in der auch die Arbeit Untitled (Falling Man Series) von Ernest Tino Trova zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 7.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 7.500,00 (€ 5.053,57) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ernest Tino Trova erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Study/Falling Man (Wheelman) im Mai 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 75.000,00 (€ 67.270,61).
