The work Journey of Rocks by Eric Ho Kay-Nam was sold in the Chinese Contemporary Ink auction at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2018. The price achieved of HKD 75,000.00 (€ 8,194.09) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 60,000.00 – 90,000.00. Other works by Eric Ho Kay-Nam have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2019 the work Taihang Gorge was auctioned for HKD 137,500.00 (€ 15,736.84).
