Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work "Trädet" (l'Arbre/Daphne) by Eric Grate was sold in the Important Winter Sale auction at Bukowski in Stockholm in December 2019. Here, the upper estimate of SEK 125,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for SEK 140,000.00 (€ 13,342.83). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Eric Grate achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Silvatica" in December 2012 with an auction result of SEK 1,600,000.00 (€ 186,379.49).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit "Trädet" (l'Arbre/Daphne) von Eric Grate wurde im Dezember 2019 in der Auktion Important Winter Sale bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von SEK 125.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für SEK 140.000,00 (€ 13.342,83) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Eric Grate erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Silvatica" im Dezember 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 1.600.000,00 (€ 186.379,49).
