In September 2016 Sothebys in London held the auction Contemporary Curated, which included the work Malévitch - Centre Pompidou by Eric Duyckaerts. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 250.00 (€ 289.53), 67% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Eric Duyckaerts - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Cochon d'Inde (b), which sold at auction in October 2017 for EUR 1,000.00.

Im September 2016 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Contemporary Curated durch, in der auch die Arbeit Malévitch - Centre Pompidou von Eric Duyckaerts zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 250,00 (€ 289,53) und damit 67% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Eric Duyckaerts mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Cochon d'Inde (b) beobachtet, die im Oktober 2017 für EUR 1.000,00 versteigert wurde.
