Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Superficie Bianca by Enrico Castellani was auctioned at Christies in Milan in April 2018. The price achieved of EUR 175,000.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 150,000.00 – 200,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Enrico Castellani achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Superficie Bianca in October 2014 with an auction result of GBP 3,778,500.00 (€ 4,824,598.68).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Superficie Bianca von Enrico Castellani kam im April 2018 bei Christies in Mailand zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 175.000,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 150.000,00 – 200.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Enrico Castellani erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Superficie Bianca im Oktober 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 3.778.500,00 (€ 4.824.598,68).
