Auction result well in line with expectations
The work At The Water'S Edge by Emmanuel Benner was sold in the Erotic Online auction at Sothebys in London in February 2020. The price achieved of GBP 32,500.00 (€ 37,667.57) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 26,000.00 – 35,000.00. Other works by Emmanuel Benner have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in December 2003 the work At The Water'S Edge was auctioned for GBP 35,850.00 (€ 50,776.83).
