In October 2020 Christies in New York held the auction European Art Part II, which included the work On The River by Emilio Sánchez Perrier. The result of USD 10,000.00 (€ 8,585.90) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of USD 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Admittedly, works by Emilio Sánchez Perrier have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Spanish at The Mouth Of The Grand Canal, Santa Maria Della Salute In The Distance in May 2011 with an auction result of USD 122,500.00 (€ 85,211.46).
