In the European Art auction, the work Environs De Tanger changed hands for USD 68,750.00 (€ 57,782.82) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 80,000.00 – 120,000.00. Other works by Emilio Sánchez Perrier have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in May 2011 by the work Spanish at The Mouth Of The Grand Canal, Santa Maria Della Salute In The Distance at USD 122,500.00 (€ 85,211.46).
