In April 2019 Christies in New York held the auction European Art, which included the work Alcalá by Emilio Sánchez Perrier. The »bidding war« ended at USD 25,000.00 (€ 22,319.44), 39% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Emilio Sánchez Perrier - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Spanish at The Mouth Of The Grand Canal, Santa Maria Della Salute In The Distance, which sold at auction in May 2011 for USD 122,500.00 (€ 85,211.46).

Im April 2019 führte Christies in New York die Auktion European Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Alcalá von Emilio Sánchez Perrier zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 25.000,00 (€ 22.319,44) und damit 39% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Emilio Sánchez Perrier mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Spanish at The Mouth Of The Grand Canal, Santa Maria Della Salute In The Distance beobachtet, die im Mai 2011 für USD 122.500,00 (€ 85.211,46) versteigert wurde.
