Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Atlante Roma Istanbul by Emilio Isgrò was auctioned at Bonhams in June this year. It changed hands for a price of EUR 19,200.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Emilio Isgrò - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Telex G 6, which sold at auction in May 2016 for EUR 71,250.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Atlante Roma Istanbul von Emilio Isgrò kam im Juni diesen Jahres bei Bonhams zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 19.200,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 15.000,00 – 20.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Emilio Isgrò mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Telex G 6 beobachtet, die im Mai 2016 für EUR 71.250,00 versteigert wurde.
