Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Emilio Isgrò achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bonhams in Paris in December 2021. In the SELECTEDArt d'Après-Guerre et Contemporain auction, the work Sopra un fiore sold for EUR 37,812.50 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 18,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Emilio Isgrò; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Telex G 6 sold at auction in May 2016 with the realized price of EUR 71,250.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Emilio Isgrò erzielte im Dezember 2021 bei Bonhams in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion SELECTEDArt d'Après-Guerre et Contemporain wurde die Arbeit Sopra un fiore für EUR 37.812,50 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 18.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Emilio Isgrò; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Telex G 6 im Mai 2016 mit dem Hammerpreis von EUR 71.250,00.
