Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2004 Christies in Amsterdam held the auction Twentieth Century Art including Belgian Art, which included the work Mallorca by Else Berg. It changed hands for a price of EUR 28,680.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Other works by Else Berg have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in June 2004 the work Circus met gitaar was auctioned for EUR 38,240.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2004 führte Christies in Amsterdam die Auktion Twentieth Century Art including Belgian Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Mallorca von Else Berg zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 28.680,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 20.000,00 – 30.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Else Berg konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Juni 2004 die Arbeit Circus met gitaar für EUR 38.240,00 versteigert.
