In the Impressionist and Modern Art including Russian and Latin American Art auction, the work La Nina Reina Del Campo sold for USD 16,250.00 (€ 10,699.94) - well above the upper estimate of USD 9,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Elmar Rojas - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Encuentro con la naturaleza, which sold at auction in November 2000 for USD 23,500.00 (€ 27,030.14).
