Sold at the lower estimate price
In October 2018 Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Contemporary Art & Design, which included the work "årevaefterjafixatsu..." by Elis Eriksson. The result of SEK 20,000.00 (€ 1,929.05) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 20,000.00 – 25,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Elis Eriksson - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work ”Ohöljd - jag visar mej - mej inte”, which sold at auction in October this year for SEK 80,000.00 (€ 6,775.17).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im Oktober 2018 führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Contemporary Art & Design durch, in der auch die Arbeit "årevaefterjafixatsu..." von Elis Eriksson zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von SEK 20.000,00 (€ 1.929,05) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 20.000,00 – 25.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Elis Eriksson mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit ”Ohöljd - jag visar mej - mej inte” beobachtet, die im Oktober diesen Jahres für SEK 80.000,00 (€ 6.775,17) versteigert wurde.
