In June 2020 Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Contemporary Art & Design, which included this untitled work by Elis Eriksson. The »bidding war« ended at SEK 40,000.00 (€ 3,825.13), 60% above the upper estimate. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Elis Eriksson; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot ”Ohöljd - jag visar mej - mej inte” sold at auction in October this year with the realized price of SEK 80,000.00 (€ 6,775.17).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 60 % übertroffen
Im Juni 2020 führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Contemporary Art & Design durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Elis Eriksson zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von SEK 40.000,00 (€ 3.825,13) und damit 60% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Elis Eriksson; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit ”Ohöljd - jag visar mej - mej inte” im Oktober diesen Jahres mit dem Hammerpreis von SEK 80.000,00 (€ 6.775,17).
