This artwork by Elis Eriksson achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bukowski in Stockholm in June 2020. In the Contemporary Art & Design auction, the work without title sold for SEK 42,000.00 (€ 4,016.38) - well above the upper estimate of SEK 18,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Elis Eriksson; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot ”Ohöljd - jag visar mej - mej inte” sold at auction in October this year with the realized price of SEK 80,000.00 (€ 6,775.17).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Elis Eriksson erzielte im Juni 2020 bei Bukowski in Stockholm einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Contemporary Art & Design wurde diese Arbeit ohne Titel für SEK 42.000,00 (€ 4.016,38) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von SEK 18.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Elis Eriksson; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit ”Ohöljd - jag visar mej - mej inte” im Oktober diesen Jahres mit dem Hammerpreis von SEK 80.000,00 (€ 6.775,17).
