Here, the upper estimate of GBP 700.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 780.00 (€ 1,151.52). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Eileen Bell - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work House Boats At Low Tide, which sold at auction in May 2005 for GBP 2,040.00 (€ 3,011.68).

Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 700,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 780,00 (€ 1.151,52) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Eileen Bell mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit House Boats At Low Tide beobachtet, die im Mai 2005 für GBP 2.040,00 (€ 3.011,68) versteigert wurde.
