It achieved a price of USD 176,400.00 (€ 164,383.56), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 47%. Admittedly, works by Eglon van der Neer have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work A Lady Playing A Lute In An Interior in April 2006 with an auction result of USD 912,000.00 (€ 722,433.46).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 176.400,00 (€ 164.383,56) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 47%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Eglon van der Neer auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit A Lady Playing A Lute In An Interior im April 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 912.000,00 (€ 722.433,46).
