In the The Quillan Collection of Nineteenth and Twentieth Century Photographs auction, the work Nude sold for USD 1,609,000.00 (€ 1,033,530.32) - well above the upper estimate of USD 900,000.00. This high result makes Nude the most expensive artwork by Edward Weston that we have observed at auctions so far.
