Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Eduardo León Garrido could be acquired at Sothebys in New York in April 2020 for an unexpectedly low price. In the European Paintings, Drawings & Sculpture auction, the work Nude In A Light-Filled Boudoir changed hands for USD 4,375.00 (€ 3,993.61) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Eduardo León Garrido achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work La farandole in October 2014 with an auction result of USD 75,000.00 (€ 59,856.34).

Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Eduardo León Garrido erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit La farandole im Oktober 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 75.000,00 (€ 59.856,34).
