In January 2016 Sothebys in New York held the auction Master Paintings & 19th Century European Art, which included the work Fresh From The Garden by Eduardo León Garrido. The result of USD 15,000.00 (€ 13,847.86) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of USD 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. Admittedly, works by Eduardo León Garrido have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work La farandole in October 2014 with an auction result of USD 75,000.00 (€ 59,856.34).

Im Januar 2016 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion Master Paintings & 19th Century European Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Fresh From The Garden von Eduardo León Garrido zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 15.000,00 (€ 13.847,86) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 15.000,00 – 20.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Eduardo León Garrido auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit La farandole im Oktober 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 75.000,00 (€ 59.856,34).
