Auction result misses estimated price range
In October 2019 a collector was able to acquire the work Dressing For The Ball by Eduardo León Garrido for USD 13,750.00 (€ 12,326.31). This price was achieved in the auction European Paintings, Drawings and Sculpture at Sothebys in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 15,000.00 – 20,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Eduardo León Garrido have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work La farandole in October 2014 with an auction result of USD 75,000.00 (€ 59,856.34).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Oktober 2019 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Dressing For The Ball von Eduardo León Garrido für USD 13.750,00 (€ 12.326,31) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion European Paintings, Drawings and Sculpture bei Sothebys in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 15.000,00 – 20.000,00.
