Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2020 Sothebys in London held the auction Escape Artists – The Non-Conformists Online, which included the work Red Cross (Thirteen Works) by Eduard Gorokhovsky. The price achieved of GBP 6,300.00 (€ 6,995.61) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Admittedly, works by Eduard Gorokhovsky have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Group Portrait In An Interior in June 2020 with an auction result of GBP 50,000.00 (€ 55,066.33).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2020 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Escape Artists – The Non-Conformists Online durch, in der auch die Arbeit Red Cross (Thirteen Works) von Eduard Gorokhovsky zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 6.300,00 (€ 6.995,61) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 5.000,00 – 7.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Eduard Gorokhovsky auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Group Portrait In An Interior im Juni 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 50.000,00 (€ 55.066,33).
