A top price for Eduard Gorokhovsky - as previously expected
In June 2020 Sothebys in London held the auction Russian Pictures, which included the work Group Portrait In An Interior by Eduard Gorokhovsky. The price achieved of GBP 50,000.00 (€ 55,066.33) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Group Portrait In An Interior is the most expensive artwork by Eduard Gorokhovsky that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Im Juni 2020 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Russian Pictures durch, in der auch die Arbeit Group Portrait In An Interior von Eduard Gorokhovsky zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 50.000,00 (€ 55.066,33) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Group Portrait In An Interior das teuerste Kunstwerk von Eduard Gorokhovsky, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
