Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In July 2019 Sothebys in New York held the auction Impressionist and Modern Art Online, which included the work Homme by Duilio Barnabè. Here, the upper estimate of USD 5,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 5,625.00 (€ 5,053.91). Admittedly, works by Duilio Barnabè have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Figura in December 2021 with an auction result of USD 31,500.00 (€ 27,831.77).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Juli 2019 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion Impressionist and Modern Art Online durch, in der auch die Arbeit Homme von Duilio Barnabè zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 5.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 5.625,00 (€ 5.053,91) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Duilio Barnabè auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Figura im Dezember 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 31.500,00 (€ 27.831,77).
