The »bidding war« ended at USD 4,375.00 (€ 3,737.40), 46% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Donald Evans achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Lo Stato Di Mangiare; Amis Et Amants; Lichaam En Geest; Postes Aériennes Du Sabot; Nadorp; Territoires De Calude – Etats D’Outre Mer [Six Works|AID280972] in September 2016 with an auction result of USD 68,750.00 (€ 61,176.37).
