Auction result well in line with expectations
In December 2020 Sothebys in London held the auction Russian Pictures, which included the work Composition with Notes by Dmitri Plavinsky. The price achieved of GBP 37,800.00 (€ 42,225.97) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. Admittedly, works by Dmitri Plavinsky have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Vivaldi'S Music Upon The Grand Canal in November 2015 with an auction result of GBP 140,500.00 (€ 200,121.38).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Dezember 2020 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Russian Pictures durch, in der auch die Arbeit Composition with Notes von Dmitri Plavinsky zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 37.800,00 (€ 42.225,97) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 30.000,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Dmitri Plavinsky auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Vivaldi'S Music Upon The Grand Canal im November 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 140.500,00 (€ 200.121,38).
