Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Plum Blossoms by Ding Fuzhi was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2016. It changed hands for a price of HKD 225,000.00 (€ 25,349.62) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 150,000.00 – 250,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Ding Fuzhi - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Plum Blossoms, which sold at auction in September 2019 for USD 87,500.00 (€ 80,238.42).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Plum Blossoms von Ding Fuzhi kam im April 2016 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 225.000,00 (€ 25.349,62) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 150.000,00 – 250.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Ding Fuzhi mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Plum Blossoms beobachtet, die im September 2019 für USD 87.500,00 (€ 80.238,42) versteigert wurde.
