Auction result well in line with expectations
The work New Year Decorations by Ding Fuzhi was sold in the Fine Chinese Paintings auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2016. The price achieved of HKD 100,000.00 (€ 11,266.50) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 80,000.00 – 120,000.00. Admittedly, works by Ding Fuzhi have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Plum Blossoms in September 2019 with an auction result of USD 87,500.00 (€ 80,238.42).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit New Year Decorations von Ding Fuzhi wurde im April 2016 in der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 100.000,00 (€ 11.266,50) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 80.000,00 – 120.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Ding Fuzhi auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Plum Blossoms im September 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 87.500,00 (€ 80.238,42).
