Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Lychee And Banana by Ding Fuzhi was sold in the Fine Chinese Paintings auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2017. The price achieved of HKD 62,500.00 (€ 7,377.24) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 50,000.00 – 70,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ding Fuzhi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Plum Blossoms in September 2019 with an auction result of USD 87,500.00 (€ 80,238.42).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Lychee And Banana von Ding Fuzhi wurde im April 2017 in der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 62.500,00 (€ 7.377,24) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 50.000,00 – 70.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ding Fuzhi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Plum Blossoms im September 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 87.500,00 (€ 80.238,42).
