The work Ancient Cypress by Ding Fuzhi was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2019. It achieved a price of HKD 562,500.00 (€ 64,028.88), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 25%. Other works by Ding Fuzhi have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of USD 87,500.00 (€ 80,238.42) in September 2019 for the work Plum Blossoms.

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 562.500,00 (€ 64.028,88) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 25%. Andere Arbeiten von Ding Fuzhi haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von USD 87.500,00 (€ 80.238,42) im September 2019 für die Arbeit Plum Blossoms beobachtet.
