This price was achieved in the auction Classical Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy at China Guardian and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of HKD 10,000.00 many times over. Admittedly, works by Ding Foyan have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Calligraphy in April 2015 with an auction result of HKD 350,000.00 (€ 40,449.74).

Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Classical Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy bei China Guardian erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 10.000,00 um ein Vielfaches. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Ding Foyan auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Calligraphy im April 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 350.000,00 (€ 40.449,74).
