Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In November 2021 Sothebys in London held the auction Contemporary Curated, which included the work Ruin Art Noir by Despina Stokou. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 10,710.00 (€ 12,574.55), 19% above the upper estimate. Other works by Despina Stokou have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of USD 18,750.00 (€ 17,725.47) in November 2016 for the work Cpa89825.06.2014Hkg-Klax (1_11).

Im November 2021 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Contemporary Curated durch, in der auch die Arbeit Ruin Art Noir von Despina Stokou zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 10.710,00 (€ 12.574,55) und damit 19% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Despina Stokou haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von USD 18.750,00 (€ 17.725,47) im November 2016 für die Arbeit Cpa89825.06.2014Hkg-Klax (1_11) beobachtet.
