Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of USD 6,375.00 (€ 6,013.02) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Despina Stokou - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Cpa89825.06.2014Hkg-Klax (1_11), which sold at auction in November 2016 for USD 18,750.00 (€ 17,725.47).
