Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Denis Bowen was sold in the Modern British and Irish Art auction at Christies in London in March 2014. The price achieved of GBP 3,750.00 (€ 4,538.81) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Other works by Denis Bowen have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in November 2017 the work Form Through Action was auctioned for GBP 5,000.00 (€ 5,675.74).
