(59 x 41.9 cm.) Executed in 2019. This work is number 18 from an edition of 100 (there were also ten artist's proofs).
Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In July last year Christies in New York held the auction Trespassing, which included the work One History Two Versions (Bullet Points) by Deborah Roberts. Here, the upper estimate of USD 1,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 1,638.00 (€ 1,605.57). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Deborah Roberts achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work I Do Solemnly Swear (Nessun Dorma series) in November 2021 with an auction result of USD 275,000.00 (€ 243,643.13).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Juli letzten Jahres führte Christies in New York die Auktion Trespassing durch, in der auch die Arbeit One History Two Versions (Bullet Points) von Deborah Roberts zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 1.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 1.638,00 (€ 1.605,57) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Deborah Roberts erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit I Do Solemnly Swear (Nessun Dorma series) im November 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 275.000,00 (€ 243.643,13).
