Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Confidence: listening closely by David Bles was sold in the 19TH CENTURY EUROPEAN ART auction at Christies in Amsterdam in October 2004. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 4,780.00 20% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by David Bles achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work De mooie minne en de Grootpapa's: The beautiful nurse and the grandfathers in March 2001 with an auction result of NLG 188,000.00 (€ 87,073.46).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Confidence: listening closely von David Bles wurde im Oktober 2004 in der Auktion 19TH CENTURY EUROPEAN ART bei Christies in Amsterdam versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 4.780,00 und damit 20% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von David Bles erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit De mooie minne en de Grootpapa's: The beautiful nurse and the grandfathers im März 2001 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von NLG 188.000,00 (€ 87.073,46).
