Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Thrust by David Breuer-Weil was sold in the Made In Britain auction at Sothebys in London in March 2015. The price achieved of GBP 625.00 (€ 864.10) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 500.00 – 700.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by David Breuer-Weil achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Alien in October 2014 with an auction result of GBP 50,000.00 (€ 63,842.78).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Thrust von David Breuer-Weil wurde im März 2015 in der Auktion Made In Britain bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 625,00 (€ 864,10) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 500,00 – 700,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von David Breuer-Weil erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Alien im Oktober 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 50.000,00 (€ 63.842,78).
