Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Volume by Dadamaino was sold in the Post War & Contemporary Art auction at Christies in Paris in December 2020. The price achieved of EUR 37,500.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. Admittedly, works by Dadamaino have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Volume in May 2015 with an auction result of USD 173,000.00 (€ 157,358.56).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Volume von Dadamaino wurde im Dezember 2020 in der Auktion Post War & Contemporary Art bei Christies in Paris versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 37.500,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 30.000,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Dadamaino auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Volume im Mai 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 173.000,00 (€ 157.358,56).
