Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Seven-character Poem in Running Script Calligraphy by Da Chongguang was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2012. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 100,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 112,500.00 (€ 11,154.88). Admittedly, works by Da Chongguang have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Letters in September 2013 with an auction result of USD 149,000.00 (€ 110,084.96).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Seven-character Poem in Running Script Calligraphy von Da Chongguang kam im November 2012 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 100.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 112.500,00 (€ 11.154,88) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Da Chongguang auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Letters im September 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 149.000,00 (€ 110.084,96).
