Upper estimate price exceeded by 50 %.
The work Out of control by Crash was auctioned at Christies in Paris in May last year. It achieved a price of EUR 11,970.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 50 %. Admittedly, works by Crash have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Swish in December 2021 with an auction result of USD 62,500.00 (€ 55,221.77).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 50 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit Out of control von Crash kam im Mai letzten Jahres bei Christies in Paris zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 11.970,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 50 %. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Crash auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Swish im Dezember 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 62.500,00 (€ 55.221,77).
