Auction result well in line with expectations
In March 2017 Artcurial held the auction Gaston Delestre Collection Two Centuries of Family Passion, which included the work Tête D'Homme Âgé Avec Une Collerette Blanche, D'Après Adriaen Van Ostade by Cornelis Dusart. The price achieved of EUR 13,000.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Admittedly, works by Cornelis Dusart have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work A Village Fair With Dancing In The Street in July 2019 with an auction result of GBP 68,750.00 (€ 75,482.93).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im März 2017 führte Artcurial die Auktion Gaston Delestre Collection Two Centuries of Family Passion durch, in der auch die Arbeit Tête D'Homme Âgé Avec Une Collerette Blanche, D'Après Adriaen Van Ostade von Cornelis Dusart zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 13.000,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 10.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Cornelis Dusart auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit A Village Fair With Dancing In The Street im Juli 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 68.750,00 (€ 75.482,93).
