Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 12.500,00 (€ 10.732,38) und damit 25% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Cornelis Dusart auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit A Village Fair With Dancing In The Street im Juli 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 68.750,00 (€ 75.482,93).
